Stahovica - Velika Planina (Gradišče)

This route is one of my go-to trails in the early mornings. Whenever I want to go to the mountains before attending the 10 AM meeting. It's most scenic in April and early May when safrons are blooming. In that period, I suggest going there on weekdays, as weekends can be insanely crowded - Drei Zinnen level. During the summer, make sure to buy some cheese from any of the shepherds' cottages for your after-run meal. It's delicious and full of protein.
